Their absolute certainty that both the acc would want them (I can assure them at a minimum the Carolina schools would fight it, and I doubt the virginia and northeast schools would want psu either) and that some how no calls would ever go against them is very amusing. And the idea that the big ten would shrivel up and die with out them is almost dfbia level stupid.

The best part is the cult thinking their desire for “greener pastures” match what the institution wants. I guarantee if any of them brought it up, the university would laugh at them, wipe their tears with B1G revenue, and then laugh some more.

They think Maryland will immediately join them. Maryland is the tier 1 Public they try to tell everyone they are... and came here because they were bleeding money in the ACC. They're not going anywhere.
Only reason I'd be loathe for them to leave is because the ACC Coastal really is trash... whose going to stop them? Lottery ACC schedule against ND? Pray Clemson stays dominant and shuts them down in CCG every year ? Or that somebody else like FSU rises up ?
And that's also the only reason they want to leave the B1G East. They want a cupcake path to winning, like they had from 1950 to 1993. DFBIA is saying the same trash.

Yeah, but since Joe apparently talked to a couple of lifeguards I've changed my mind.

I'm now convinced that Joe was telling the truth when, despite his classical education, he didn't even consider the possibility of his assistant coach having inappropriate sexual contact with young boys. I'm also now convinced that trying not to ruin anybody's weekend was the appropriate response to McQuery's conversation, and not caring about the welfare of the alleged victim was simply stoicism, rather than trying to protect his program and his legacy.

Because it was multiple lifeguards he talked to on the beach, it wasn't like it was just one.

One more thing, when he was on the beach, despite his age, I'm sure Joe had a great set of abs. I'm pretty sure that's where the phrase Joe 6-pack comes from.
