He seems like a complete piece of shit, but he could hit a baseball. It ain't called the Hall of Decency and Good Behavior.

I've said this before in other threads... Put him in the Hall, along with Shoeless Joe and all the PED users. Just make sure you also put their crimes against the game on their plaques.

It's a disservice to the history of the game to do anything less.

So, Pete Rose has been saying he never bet on baseball when he was a player.

So, new evidence documents pretty conclusively that Pete Rose did, in fact, bet on many games while he was a player, including Reds games (though always for the Reds to win).

So, Pete Rose has been lying consistently about his betting ever since he was an active player. And more particularly, he has been lying about his betting even as he has lobbied to be reinstated fully into MLB.
