Found on Scout. Mods, I've never done this before, it's gonna need some attention.

Midland (TX) CC

Averaged 6.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game last season as a freshman, as his team won the NJCAA tournament. Same school that produced Spud Webb. Played his HS ball at Minneapolis South before heading to Minneapolis North for his senior season. Recruited by John Groce, he was offered Sunday. He will have 3 years of eligibility with the Buckeyes, and will play this season.

Whoa! Talk about under the radar. I'll trust the judgement of Groce and TM any day of the week though. That's very good news in my opinion. We have some great youngsters coming in but we need help this season at the point.

I'd like to see some video of this guy.

I can't wait to see him play. Should be a good insurance policy incase Noopy doesn't pick up the college game as quickly as we hope.

One question, does he have three years of eligibility or does he have three years to play two? I thought JUCOs always came in with just two years of eligibility.

If he only played 1 year at the JUCO, which is what is being reported, he'll have 3 years of eligibility left.
