As much of a fan of Phil as I am, I doubt he will ever be the number one player in the world. The one thing that disgusts me more than anything is to see an athlete mail it in (well not just athletes) and Phil mailed it in on the back nine today at the Open. Once he knew he was not going to make a charge you could just feel him giving up and just going through the motions.

Sad very sad indeed.....

Els mailed it in after the third hole, when he was already 2 over.

Tiger should be dropping almost every tourney. But I'm looking for lefty to have a great tourney this weekend at Augusta. He's got his putter rolling, and when he can get that on a streak, look out. He needs to stay out of trouble off the tee as well, and set himself up for birdie opportunities, and he has the best shot at winning

So Phil got himself a new head shrinker in his entourage.....maybe if he just spent the time putting that he spends with the head shrinker he would win more. He just gives away too many strokes on the green....its that fricking simple Phil....
