And it’s not like Pokémon Go itself doesn’t already have a direct(-ish) line to the CIA. After all, Pokémon Go was created by Niantic, which was formed by John Hanke.

Now, Hanke also just so happened to help found Keyhole. What does Keyhole do, you ask? I’d tell you to go to Keyhole’s website—but you can’t. It just takes you straight to Google Earth. That’s because Keyhole was acquired by Google back in 2004.

Before that, though, Keyhole received funding from a firm called In-Q-Tel, a government-controlled venture capital firm that invests in companies that will help beef up Big Brother’s tool belt. What’s more, the funds In-Q-Tel gave Keyhole mostly came from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), whose primary mission is “collecting, analyzing, and distributing geospatial intelligence.”

I'm going to kill one before its all over. It won't be my fault. They will just have been in the way... staring at their fucking phone... not watching for traffic... in a bike lane or a park... on a path. For fuck's sake there were seriously dozens at Antrim Park last night.

Cemetries have lots of mausoleums and memorials that were tagged as portals in the game Ingress, and Pokemon Go uses the Ingress map, converting all Portals to Pokestops. Since Pokestops reset every 5 minutes, Go players are hanging around in cemeteries for hours. They're the hot spots to get all the consumables.

Over the past week I have caught a few of the facebook videos/posts about the crowds/cult,and it's amazing. It's really hard to fathom that when our country can be going through tough times,that this is what will bring a huge crowd of people together. I know people have always been sorta nuts about toys/games but at least it's something you can physically hold. When I see these huge crowds gather I ask myself "how many of these people would gather for a cause that's relevant". Maybe i'm just old but this stuff is really bothering me. A lot of these same people are the kind that "don't care what is going on in this country because it doesn't effect them". My reply to that is always "by the time one of these issues effect you,it will be too late"...and that's usually followed up with an "oh well"....Go get that pokeyman!!
