I have stopped watching all pro sports except football. Tonight Ron Artest went into the stands at the Palace because some guy threw a cup. Pro athletes are totally out of control. Just 24 years ago the NBA playoffs were not even nationally televised. The popularity of the NBA since Jordans first retirement has went through the floor. The "great" NBA players cannot even beat Argentine in the Olympics.

They are a bunch of over paid fucking Whiners. Back in the day you played with alot of pain, but nowadays if they stub their toe or want to promote their Rap album they ask for time off. Fucking pathetic.

Players throwing chairs in the stands at Baseball games and Now this. Top all this shit off with the NHL on strike and I say fuck professional sports. The only pro sport I will follow is Football. Instead of buying pro gear or going to their games I'm gonna go to college sports exclusively. I will be damned If i'm gonna pay these fucking heathens salary or promote a sport that sets a bad example to young athletes.

I would rather give money to OSU's athletics so we have good facilities and a great overall athletic program. Give some poor kid whos a smart jock an opertunity to get a scholly. These college kids actually give 110% and care about the sports, academics, and their university(team). Pro sports(besides football) can disappear and I really wouldn't give a shit.
 
Pacers/Pistons Riot

Craziest thing I have ever seen. Artest ran into the stands after getting hit by a beer and all hell broke loose. If someone can find a clip please post it. If not checkout espn and it will probably be on CNN soon.

What was funny (not) is that the ESPN homies are saying it was cool for the players to go into the stands. Fuck that. Artest was laying down on the scorer's table acting like a fuckhead and went balistic all because he got hit with a plastic cup. Fuck pros.
