After over a decade, PSU fans are still waiting for the changing of the guard in the Big Ten.

To take their mind off the reality, they made this shrine to act like it already happened. This relic screams small-time program, if that game was one of their crowning moments.
Someone forgot to let OSU, UM & Wisky know that there is a 'new rule' in the league. :slappy:

Interesting that the plaque reads "one of the greatest Penn State upsets of all time" yet all we have heard from the noisier bandwagon elements of the Lion fanbase is how that result was predictable.

It is among the most pathetic things I've ever seen. Even NW didn't sink to this level in 2004.
