Obviously, the biggest contract will go to Burrow. According to that same Spotrac website, the quarterback is expected to sign a fully guaranteed, four-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals worth $36.19 million. There is also a fifth-year option available.

Here is the full list of the highest-paid NFL quarterbacks in cash in 2020:
    1. Russell Wilson (Seahawks) – $53 million
    2. Kirk Cousins (Vikings) – $40 million
    3. Carson Wentz (Eagles) – $39.3 million
    4. Ryan Tannehill (Titans) – $37.5 million
    5. Jared Goff (Rams) – $31 million
    6. Dak Prescott (Cowboys) – $30 million
    7. Jimmy Garoppolo (49ers) – $25.2 million
    8. Tom Brady (Buccaneers), Drew Brees (Saints), and Philip Rivers (Colts) – $25 million
    9. Teddy Bridgewater (Panthers) – $24 million
    10. Ben Roethlisberger (Steelers) – $21 million
Yeah, I know Burrow hasn't completed 1 pass in the NFL yet; however, considering what some other QBs are getting per year, Burrow is a real bargain (4 years for $36M).

Projected contract figures for top 10 NFL Draft picks in 2020

    1. JOE BURROW — CINCINNATI BENGALS

    Four-year total: $36,190,137

247Sports’ take: After the type of season that he posted at LSU, Burrow was the easy choice as the No. 1 pick in the draft and as the quarterback of the future for the Bengals. He’ll be paid accordingly, as the top-paid rookie in the class. Now, though, he’ll have to perform and do so quickly
