QB Justin Fields (2019-20 B1G Off POY, 2020 Silver Football, 2019 B1G CCG MVP, Pittsburgh Steelers)

Well, the windows are probably going to be a little tigher in these next 2 games so he needs to get rid of the ball, start threading some balls into tight spots where maybe his WR only can get it, and stop taking the sacks. Still really late on a lot of balls.

If it isn't there, use the legs to get 3 or 4 then get out of bounds or go down. No need to take all the extra shots. They have managed to escape a lot of 3rd and longs this year. That success rate is going to drop if he continues to take sacks and/or doesn't protect the ball in traffic.

No doubt. He has to be more willing to pull the trigger right away.

Throw the ball. Trust your arm and eyes. We need it against Clemson. At this level (Clemson/LSU) throw them open. We have receivers who can make plays. Olave Mack Ruckert Victor and Hill.

For real. Justin has had moments of brilliance and considering the circumstances, I approve the conservative approach overall. But there have been times where he just needed to let it rip, and I think that will be very needed against Clemson. I have all the faith in the world in him though, he has a few weeks now to get healthy and prepare for their defense...really think that is going to be huge for him.

We have more faith in him than he does. 1 int and 1 sack better than 5 sacks when you have a stiff knee.
