We are fast approaching 20 years of OSU having a better QB than tsun. Most of those 20, the gap has been significant.

Twenty.

I’m not 100% certain that Craig Krenzel was the better QB in 2001. We barely even knew who he was. He was good enough to get the job done that day, and that’s how this all started.

True but his overall career was much better than that big dumb slappy bastard they had at the time (name escapes me) when it was all said and done.

Since then it's been Troy, Pryor, Braxton, JT, Haskins and now Fields. They've had whom of note, Henne, Shoelaces, Gardner and Mississippi Jesus?

Gardner did actually play well in The Game but that's about as one sided as the results all those years.

Kenny Guiton was better than anyone they’ve trotted out this millennium.

John Navarre. I thought they built a statue of him, but I just saw him outside the PigHouse in 2007 with pigeon shit on his shoulder.

That's him.

I always remember thinking he was like Bubba from Forrest Gump. Had that protruding lower lip and somewhat less than intelligent look on his face all the time. I always thought he was over there telling Carr "stupid is as stupid does, coach" when he was getting screamed at for his latest fuck up.

good times

He was also QB of the 2nd to last Skunkbear team to beat the Buckeyes. And considering the shit going on in 2011, I understood that loss.
