If the coaching is competent and our new OL performs to standards we'll be in for a real treat. Our offense will be even better with the run/pass option that Justin provides, Dobbins and co. will benefit greatly.
Agreed.
I'm trying to calm my optimism, but damn this kid is talented and has a great head on his shoulders. In my mind, if this kid can pick up the offense, and the coaches don't overthink this thing(referring to the Cardale interview on Beanie and the Boom Pod), we can have a very successful run with Justin. Watching what he could do in HS with a fraction of the talent that OSU has assembled around is mind blowing. If our OL can hold it together, Fields' legs can create more opportunities for Dobbins because teams can't just key on him. The WRs better be well versed in what to do when plays break down and continually fight to get open, and be ready to downfield block for Fields when he pulls it and runs. I can see this offense being what many of us thought we would get with TP, but if TP didn't have as big of an ego(though he's still one of my favorite Buckeyes)
