Secondly I agree with the above and say space out the interviews of the firm commitments and any hot topic recruits get them out ASAP. Cuz if you have 4-5 interviews of commitments done that can keep us busy over 1-2 weeks before we grow restless and can let you take a day or two off :wink2:
