As a Buckeye and Cowboys fan, I'm torn.

If I'm Zeke, and I didn't do what they're saying I did, I'm fighting to the bitter end.

As a Cowboys fan, with a 2-3 team and a garbage defense, I'd like to put these six games behind me and see him back the last 5 games of the season. Then he's starting next season fresh with no suspension hanging over his head (as long as he stays out of trouble).

Sad thing is reading the articles they didn't even really rule against him about whether it was far or not. They just bitched out on a procedural issue because the NFLPA filed in Texas before the arbitrator made his ruling due to them running to New York to file as soon Brady was denied last time.

I wouldn't go as far as to say it was upheld they just refused to recall it. They didn't refuse an en-blanc or whatever their other option was. The issue being unless the filling in New York is done in a hurry he won't be able to play this week.
