RB Master Teague (3rd Team All B1G)

Glad he was willing to work for the offer and put his talent, work ethic, and interest in the Buckeyes on display. Would be ecstatic to see him make my initial reaction to his film look baseless.

Bingo. Tennessee was the easy road.

He's a great athlete. I watched the film and I'd like to see more of his carries that don't go 80 yards for a touchdown just to get a feel for how he handles contact and/or a congested line of scrimmage.
his HUDL highlights show him smashing a lot of arm tackles and never going down on first contact. I like both of those attributes. I think most of it is his vision is excellent so he finds the path of least resistance and outruns everybody. I like that too!

The Vol fan base is hilarious. Their heads are collective exploding, which doesn't really make much of a mess though.

All of the sudden Teague is not that good. Ummmmmmmmm OKAY!

And they would dominate the B1G. Ummmmmmmmmmm OKAY!

Teague will fit in just fine at tOSU. Good luck young man, I hope you get the chance to stomp a mud hole in UT some day, but chances are you will not get to play in the Midas/BlockBuster/BlackBerry Poinsetta Bowl.

They think Teague isn't that good, and they are beyond losing it over not landing him. Mmmmmkay.

I live in Nashville and the UT fans around here were hoping that he would have stayed under the radar. I talked to a guy who has been going to high school football games in this area for 30+ years and he said that Master is the best RB he's seen play. He mentioned how good guys like Jalen Hurd and Gerald Riggs were, but said Master is better than both.

This is a guy Buckeye fans definitely need to be excited about. I know I am!

There are highlight videos of each game Blackman played on that site. His short runs excite me as much as his housers. There's almost always a guy from the other team hitting the turf before he goes down. I loved watching Carlos Hyde his final year here because he was just like an angry bowling ball out there. Teague brings the same type of intensity when things get congested.

The team Blackman lost to in the state tourney is Maryville (finished #174 in the country), and he had 371 all-purpose yards and his team's only 4 TDs. Master is an absolute beast.

Future Buckeye Master Teague talks Ohio State commitment
What led the Tennessee native to commit to the Buckeyes? We found out.

“There were several things that caused me to like OSU., the Murfreesboro, Tenn. native stated to Land-Grant Holy Land.

“I really liked their culture. I liked what they do with Real Life Wednesdays. I like the internships I saw their guys go on. I like the Athletes in Action opportunities. I like that Coach Meyer is not only feel responsible for helping his guys get an education but also getting a job. I like that we will be able to win a national championship. I am a very motivated person but the coaches at OSU added more motivation in me that was unique,” The 5-foot-10, 210-pound standout added on his decision to commit to OSU.

“During the camp we were invited into Coach Meyer's office and he said before we could sit down that he wasn't going to beat around the bush and said that I had an offer. My parents and I told him and Coach Wilson that we had look at all the schools closely and that we were ready to choose OSU. Coach Meyer said he was excited to take my commitment and gave me a hug.”

“I will help with recruiting anyway that I can,” said Teague, who rushed for over 2,000 yards and 24 touchdowns last season as a junior at Blackman High School.

SEC fan boards remind me how lucky I was to be born in Ohio and attend tOSU. :oh::io:
Yes. Reading that thread and seeing yet another "we would dominate the B1G" crap is laughable. Tennecheat only beat OSU in 1 Bowl game and that was by using illegal cleats (hence their moniker).

Edit to add: My Sister-in-law and her family live in Knoxville. The UT campus is one of the most boring, uninspiring campuses I have ever visited. I wouldn't want to go there either.
