RB Michael Weber (New Jersey Generals)

Maybe he just says he's not having cramps so he doesn't have to drink the pickle juice.

He surprisingly drinks it voluntarily before each game. Comes asking for it if I forget. Chases it with Gatorade so I know he doesn't like the taste. I hear you though. Not what I would want to drink if I was a soccer player getting ready to run around for 80 minutes. It does the trick. College athletics programs across the country use it as well. Teams keep it readily available in large quantities right behind the benches.

I think 1B is a good way of thinking of it...Harris gets the edge in physical ability and "wow" factor, but Weber is an extremely talented and effective back. Very Ray Rice-eqsuq (obviously minus the off-field issues) and I would love to have him here. I will take either of TSUN's de-commitments

I remember the Eagles using pickle juice on a really hot, humid day in Dallas against the Cowboys awhile back.

LJ SCOTT WON'T VISIT - WILL MIKE WEBER?
With Scott apparently out of the picture, the running back focus likely turns exclusively to Detroit Cass Tech's Mike Weber. With a handful of Technician teammates planning on making the trip south, the news could be a bit better on that front.

"I'm optimistic Weber will visit," the source continued. "That could be big for us, to get him here unofficially now and then an official down the line."

Weber added big offer yesterday: Alabama extended a scholarship in his direction.

Not visiting this weekend, per Anna Hickey of Scout. She spoke directly with Weber.
I almost question if we are going Harris or nobody at RB. Due 100% to class space left and need for RB this class. Not due to Weber as a player as he is quite good. With Zeke a sophome and Samuel a freshman, and already having a 2016 guy who can play RB and being high on a couple other 2016 guys, numbers wise it may make sense for that. Hell, I could even see an argument for Harris not being in the class due to numbers. He just may be too good to say no to though.

Edit: and at the same time I'm not saying that him not visiting means that. More just looking at things from a number standpoint. Because Weber is very good.
