High School Recommendations on games to watch?

I am almost totally out of the loop when it comes to HS football in the Columbus metropolitan area. But I was thinking about going to a game tonight and wanted to try to catch a good one. Any recommendations?

Well, you've got Gahanna at Desales, which is tabbed as the game of the week. Or you can watch Brookhaven at Marion-Franklin, and see both Derrick Bryant (DE at Brookhaven) and Verlon Reed (QB/ATH at Marion Franklin).

I'd go to Gahanna at Desales if I were you though, should be an interesting HS matchup.

Here's a run down of some games that might interest folks in the SW region of the state.

Cincinnati.com: Solid schedule of Friday football

No. 6 Boone County (1-1) at Anderson (2-0)

WHEN/WHERE: 7 p.m. today, Anderson H.S.

WHAT TO WATCH: This game will give the Rebels a chance to see how they fare vs. a big-time offensive line. Senior tackle Andrew Norwell (6-7, 275) is an Ohio State recruit and one of the top linemen in the nation, and senior tackle Greg Mancz (6-5, 275) has a scholarship offer from Toledo.
BOTTOM LINE: The Redskins are No. 6 in the Enquirer Division I coaches' poll. The Rebels will have their hands full.
