Yeah this loss probably popped the little confidence high this team was riding on.

the Squeelers will likely be playing for their playoff lives, and Denver will be playing for a bye week and next week may be the last week most of the Denver regulars play. The Browns are going to finish 5-11.

Why get rid of a good man like Coach Shurmur? He's generous and a pillar of the Cleveland Community. Plus, it would do nothing but hurt Weeden's and Richardson's confidence if a new coach and OC was brought in. Best plan is to give him a two year extension.
