Reggie Bush (FOX CFB Analyst)

Bush: Rushing: 75, Receiving 31, returns: less than 20 yds
Against Virginia Tech, one of the top defenses in the nation:
Rushing: 32 yds
Receiving: 127 yds 3 tds
Returns: 104 yds
It doesn't get any more obvious how good he is. He's a RB that just blew up as a WR against a top defense.

Look at Ginn, you could write him off if you watch one game of his (Purdue):
Rushing: 47 yds
Receiving: 7 yds (on 3 catches!)
Returns: 23 yds

I thikn I see what you're trying to say, but you came across saying he's not impressive, the defenses are just lousy, and that they never play anyone good. Ted Ginn is the most dangerous returner in the country and one of the best with the ball in his hands, but if someone watched only the Purdue game they would say he's much worse than your "non-impressive" bush.

Bush actually had 2 kickoff returns for 36 yards and 1 punt return for 7 yards in that game.

Eddie George wasn't that great either. Case in point; he only had 99 yards against Boston College: Archie didn't even score a touchdown in his last michigan game, Joe Germain completed under a half of his passes in the 97 rose bowl drive, Orlando Pace missed a block once and, although i never seen chic Harley play, I did see a picture of him in the OSFE and he was way overrated.

In fact in the history of the game of college football everone has sucked!

^yeah, but for the NCs? If I were a player in the biggest game of his college career, I'd be playing my best and trying to get more touches. But seeing as how Oklahoma got killed, I guess they didn't really need Bush....

They have one of the best WRs, TEs, and other RBs. Its not up to him when he gets the ball. You think trying hard has to do with getting the ball as a RB?

You just proved our point. OU was getting slaughtered by every player on USC's team, therefore using that as proof that he's overrated is misguided at best.

haha, yeah true, team is first, but you can't tell me that you wouldn't try to get more touches in such a big game. Players must have atleast A LITTLE selfishness right? >"<
When you're slaughtering the opposing team and about to repeat as national champs, I seriously doubt most players would care at all that they aren't getting enough touches. Just b/c there are players like TO and Moss that think the world revolves around them doesn't mean every other player is that way.

Yes, I can tell you that I wouldn't want more touches. Besides, the guy is already established as probably the best player in the game due to his versatility.

23 carries 70 yards 0 TD's in the biggest game of his career.

I'm sure that Cedric Benson would have liked to have a better game in the Rose Bowl but I doubt that any one in the country would have turned down the opportunity to have one of the all time leading rushers in NCAA history on their team.
