Just learning how to post these things so bear with me. Also, the decision has been made to reset the money to $500 at the end of August, just before the season starts.

In the mean time we will be doing a little experimenting, including trying to find a way to do head to head bets.

    So have fun.

Didn't Lance just lose like ten minutes today? I mean, God Bless America and everything, but ah...he's old. I've got my money on the field.

Sorry fellas, I had to bet on the house. Lance is one of the greatest, but every dog has it's day.

Looks like I screwed it up. I have it open til the 11th, but thought I set it up to pay out after the 28th. This shows it pays out on the 11th as well.

why would you go with the house on this one.....its even money both ways. there isnt even an advantage of picking the stupid bet (against lance). yes he lost 10 min, but hes not even worried. hes 10 min behind sprinters and once he hits the mountains he makes up more than 10 min a day.

So if I get to 50,000 bucks it resets to 500 in august?

If so, I am going high-roller on these things until then. . .

Also, and this may not only be too complicated but we also may not have enough people to do it, but I would love for the odds to reflect the betting. . .

Figured out how to edit the date (Thanks Clarity - I figured it out by reading his message).

This book is good to go after all.

Word of caution to future betters. This event does not clear till 30 July. Anything you bet will be tied up til then, so if you bet it all you wont be able to bet on other events until this one clears.

While Lance Armstrong maybe a little over 9 minutes back, he is behind 2 guys that have failed to finnish a tour in the last 2 tries, 2 others that didn't ride in last years, and a kid making his debut this year. The problem is not who is in front of him, rather how close Tyler Hamilton and Jan Ullrich are behind him. I still think that Lance will win because of how strong his team looks, but with the new way the tour has capped time lost in the team time trial, Lance will have to make some moves in places he might not be used to.

I thought it was only my wife and daughter that didn't get the concept that once you spent all your money all your money is gone. :)

Even odds... I'll go with Lance...

Oh, and my wife thinks money grows on trees... I guess I go pick it off the tree's when I go to "work"...

My fav. is when she comes home with a bunch of cloths that "were such a great deal"... once I ask her if he needed that or wanted that, the response is it was too good of a deal to pass up... Well if you didn't need it (and already have something similar to it) who cares how good of a deal it was!!! :!

What I want to know is where he's (BN27) been betting that when you lay down all your money, they give you more to play with.

    That's my kind of casino.
