Here's what I get out of this:

1) The Corso family was "months behind" on their minivan payments
2) Between her kids' holiday gifts, several computers and many, many valuables, Corso said that she had $10,000 worth of goods in her minivan when the repo man made a midnight visit to her home.

and the tone of this article implies that this "tragedy" is someone ELSE'S fault?!?! Stupid people suck!

This story reminded me of a certain running back for some reason.

this "tragedy" is someone ELSE'S fault?!?!
It's always someone else's fault, man. That's the American way.

This Christmas, do whatever you want. Don't think about the consequences, don't worry about who/what you'll hurt or offend, and don't worry about the future. You can simply blame it all on someone else, and be free.

While in college a couple of friends worked in collection departments to make some $$ while in school... they would tell of stories like this where the repo guys would actually wait till a few days before Christmas and then repo the car in hopes of getting gifts...

If you don't pay your bills don't complain if you get screwed was the metality... cannot say I disagree either...

If that lady complains I hope somebody let her know that if she paid her bills ontime, she wouldn't have to worry about it... and if she didn't have the money to pay her bills why is she buying $10K worth of gifts...
