Rutgers Scarlet Knights (official troll of PedSU)

If a person has built/ran something very successful for 30+ years I think it's actually a smart move.

That said, people who take their age, lop off the time they were in HS and call it "30+ years of business experience" usually do that for a reason (the specifics of their experience aren't all that impressive)

Also, small consulting firm with no website after 30+ years?

more red flags than a Chinese military parade

So the leading candidate for the vacant recruiting coordinator job at Rutgers was a booster... Seriously! A guy with no football experience and a local businessman was going to head the recruiting efforts of a Power 5 conference team. Smh. And Rutgers wonders why they'll never be relevant. I hope Guaranatano is paying attention to that, because all the HS talent in the world won't make them very relevant.

Yet they have a thread on "Rutgers Values" and how they are so much more moral than Ohio State. What is a "Rutgers Value?" Splashing on too much Aqua Velva, getting into your rusted out IROC Z and driving to the stadium to watch your team get gorilla raped?
Have we already forgotten how they roasted PSU and the cult? That service is far more important than this trivial stuff you mention.

Portraying Ohio State as a shitty, SEC-esque university that only cares about and is "driven by" football is trivial? Hey, I applaud their hatred of the cult, but that doesn't mean that I'll excuse them spewing the same drivel that the cult does.

Don't let one Rutgers troll cloud you

I assure you... and this is from a strong sense of being right
OSU is the second favorite school in the country for Rutgers folks...
I was at that campus weekly from 2003-2007 (picking up my daughter)
I attended many games 2003-current
I have seen a large amount of OSU attire (well, until this year) on campus

so.. officially.. I call BULLSHIT on that troll

You're right. I generally enjoy reading their board. Just couldn't let that thread go unanswered.

Agreed that our mutual distaste for BWI and the cult shouldn't let us give them a pass on taking a cheap shot at Ohio State. But it seems like a couple of people who are defending Ohio State in that thread. One even takes a cheap shot at the cult:

You call that a troll post? Did I accidentally get onto the BWI board?

Bon Jaggy calls out the Cult of Paterno for Living in Sin.

They have songs titles "Good Guys Don't Always Wear White", "Runaway" and "Social Disease".

These guys were born to hate the cult and I was born to be a fan

Bon Jaggy rocks
