S Josh Proctor (Official Thread)

Is it? Is it EXACTLY what I was implying? Day LITERALLY said he didn't know specifics. So he's either a liar, or he didn't know specifics. Which is worse?
JFC guy, he also said it was a leg fracture and Josh had surgery What other "specifics" do you expect? You're just upset he didn't give YOU any more information. I'm sure Day has all the information he needs. You want him to give a medical press conference now? Sounds like you feel entitled to information that is nobody's business except for Josh and the medical team.

Damn guys you can see it plain as day that the poor kid broke both his tibia and fibula. He will have to have a metal rod and screws put in to hold it all back together. Hopefully he can overcome it for next year. Sadly sometimes a year isn't enough for this catastrophic of an injury.

Forget the silly arguments and wish him the best in his rehab, which will be brutal.

So am I a liar or don’t know specifics when I give a vague answer to my wife’s question of “honey do these jeans make me look fat” or could it be I’m just avoiding the question because I don’t want to go there. Could be Day’s motivation was simply that.

That one’s easy. Out loud: “No.” To yourself: “It’s not the jeans.” Truthful, yet evasive.

Sadly yes, if you go back two pages on this thread someone posted a youtube video of the injury. As the pile clears he tries to put pressure on the leg and it goes completely sideways. Really sucks. Kids got a long haul ahead of him. This team better rally behind him, hes gonna need it.
Ugh no thanks... I can't watch that kind of stuff.

Letterman Row did report he plans to come back next year. So there's that at least for him. Hopefully he gets better soon!

I know this exact injury... first hand.. techniques are lightyears better than the inept way I was put back together...
nevertheless, this is a LONG HARD recovery.. healing.. then literally learning to walk again... then the athlete recovery stages

What I vividly remember.. was the day I was well on my way thru the recovery.. and I did something that felt like everything tore again... I was petrified
Turned out the best thing that happened... tore the extreme build up of scar tissue that was prohibiting basic movement...
Ahhh.. science and medicine today and trainers... he'll be back... whether he can get all the speed and explosion back with be the challenge

Bless you young buck
