Scenarios for Final CFP Playoff Rankings

What those scenarios highlighted for me is the fact that the Pedsters will still be fully motivated. Not only will they be trying to get back at having their souls ripped out for two straight years by glorious Buckeye comebacks, but they are still very much alive for the Playoffs. If they were able to win out, they'd have a huge win over a top-2 Buckeye team, and they'd probably be avenging their road loss to Minny at a neutral site in Indy. That would put them ahead of Alabama and everybody in the Pac10 and Big XII except a Baylor team that was able to beat OKlahoma twice.

So the Pedsters damn near still control their own destiny.
So you're saying everyone needs to make sure their ref fund payments are in?

Georgia beats LSU in the CCG.
Clemson, Ohio State and Baylor win out.

You have 3 1-loss SEC teams, a 1-loss Oregon/Utah PAC champ and. 1-loss Minny with a better resume than bama fighting for the last spot.

If that doesnt get us to 8, I don't know what will.

I know the Pedsters are always bitching about Big ten refs, but I watched the highlights of their game with Minnie and the visitors really got hosed. First intercept by Winfield, ref misses blatant PI by second Minnie DB, as Winfield steps in front of the play.

Minnie's win is great for their long-dormant program - and, wow, their new stadium looks great - but in the short run it means OSU gets a one loss PSU and at least a two-loss Michigan (still can't believe the asshole who ranked ND six teams ABOVE the Michigan team that totally kicked their ass) to end the regular season. Taking the long view, if Minnie should win out against Wiscy and enter the CCG undefeated, it would help secure the Bucks as the 1 or 2 seed.

Why is football this difficult.

Oh and long time Browns fan here, but fuck Baker Mayfield, now, then, always.

did you see the play where PSU scored, what would have been the game winning TD, on what should have been a delay of game?

The Ohio State Buckeyes curb stomp TTUN on their way to winning the National Championship is the only scenario I give a fuck about.

Assuming the top 3 remain unbeaten, Sooners win out and Oregon wins the PAC then it’s basically Bama, Sooners or Ducks for the 4th spot.

This is highly probable to me.

If that’s the case I have a hard time seeing which of the 3 gets it. I really do not think a non conf champ Bama gets it with Tua out. A 2 loss non conf champ GA is out as well. So......Boomer or Ducks?
