They're at 79, the limit is 82. They've been at or below that since Jamal Marcus 'elected' to leave in late May.

EDIT: if JT Moore retired back in January as some have said, they've been at/below the limit since signing day.

True that - but they are also listed as Juniors on the official OSU roster. It is up to the school to grant the 5th year but I always list RS players based on potential eligibility remaining.

Numerous updates:

Changed Clark and Hill to RS Frosh.
Moved Bogard to LB.
Moved Campbell to WR.

I use BSB as a source to double check my work. They have Chris Rock as a scholarship player and Cameron Johnston as a walk-on. I did NOT make those changes pending confirmation.

BSB also had Rashad Frazier as a scholarship player. Don't know if that is 100% true - but since he is a senior and it doesn't change the numbers for recruiting I added him in.

And my favorite move - I changed Braxton Miller to a RS Junior. I know that is not exactly correct just yet - but it sure made me feel good.

I've got Lee as a redshirt freshman. Also listed as a freshman on the official roster. Lindsay is no longer on the official roster. Also, it was announced that Sarac and Clinton were put on scholarship. Not sure if you list walk-ons given scholarships like that or not, but you do have Frazier listed.

Lee did play last year but was granted a medical - I was not aware of that and will fix it. Will also remove Lindsay.

I generally do not include walk-ons unless they are in the two deep (like Frazier*).

Thanks for the scrutiny. I don't always keep up like I used to.

BTW - Not counting former walk ons we have 77 scholarship players. THIRTY SEVEN are true or redshirt Frosh. Underclassmen outnumber upperclassmen two to one.

* Also, Frazier was not a "traditional walk on". He was on schollie at Purdue before transferring.

Had to know some attrition was coming...by my math the staff is already three over the limit for next year but is recruiting like they are three under...
