He was seen by an employee of the Elixir Nite Club urinating on the floor in a second-floor area sometime after 1 a.m. Saturday, according to a police report cited by the Marshfield News-Herald in a story for Tuesday's edition.

The report said Stenavich refused to leave, and one of the club's owners called police who escorted him outside. Police said he loudly cursed officers and continued disruptive behavior after his arrest.

Police recommended state charges of disorderly conduct. Wood County District Attorney Todd Wolf said his office has a 45-day policy on deciding whether to file criminal charges in such cases.

I guess I'm a bit surprised that no one has had a comment on this. They have a 45 day limit to when they can press charges and a bowl game in 32 days. Wanna bet charges are filed in early January. Maybe the 4th or 5th so Carr doesn't have to suspend him to save face?

i saw this on SI and i wasnt at all shocked that it wasnt on the "major" sports spinsite.....i mean website. of course, they couldve ran with the story and some how linked it to the ohio state michigan game, then talk about clarett for 15 more paragraphs.

Of course, it will be a major feature on ESPN as they really dig into the dirt. How Tressel managed to convince Ty to lose all those games and take a free car in exchange for going to Washington, so Urban could come to the midwest and save the Big Easy with a ND powerhouse, just before he absconds in the middle of the night to take over the Browns, who will bring MoC on board and they can ride again and again into the sunset...and then has the wisdom to drug some poor lineman at UM to piss on the floor and get arrested just at the right moment to divert everyone from the real story.

Only ESPN has the incredible journalistic insight to pull this one off but they will.

Cliff: Norm, what the hell is that guy doing over there in the corner?

Norm: Watch. So, uh Stenavich, Stenabitch, just show us one more time how you guys plan to handle the Buckeye defensive line next year.

Cliff: That's disgusting!

Norm: Yeah but it's only good for one night and I've never seen anyone piss himself on command like that before. Costing me a bundle in beer money though!

Nice one! Hurray for cheers.

This really isn't that big of a deal though. I mean cussing and pissing...scUM players have gotten away with a lot worse...as have lots of players at D-1 schools. I guess things like this just illustrate the fact that these are college kids...not professionals.

Not that I don't think it's funny to see this happen...cuz anything bad happening to scUM is great news.
