the entire state of Mississippi is to the US what the month of August is to the calendar.

it’s hot and humid and completely miserable most days.
nothing worth bragging about ever happens there.
if it disappeared tomorrow, nobody would even miss it.

Other than the hot and humid part sounds like the state north of Ohio

Can't say I have. I've seen too many of those Serial Killer specials on hotel tvs to not see tendencies in half the characters.
The description says it's supposed to be based in Ohio... I have no words.
How did we go from Rutgers to MS to Prisons to Auburn to this? I suppose we've come full circle though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Xenia I believe. It is from the same director that did the movie “Kids”. Not even close to as good but definitely more fucked up.
