What an ugly game...besides Nuge. 2/2 on FGs to give the North a 6-3 lead at half.

Also, if anyone has ever wondered why Mark May and Trev Alberts are confined to the studio...this game is a good indication. They are beyond terrible in analysis and have made so many stupid comments. The other announcers are even making comments about the validity of their opinions.
 
I think after the first guy said something dumb, the other announcer said Vick wouldn't have avoided that.

Believe me, with Akron's o-line, Frye is used to the heat coming.

He looked better than Orton. He takes what the defense gives him, and doesn't force things.

Agree 100%. Those two are idiots, I am almost temped to mute the sound. I was waiting for some smart ass comment from one of them when discussing the fact that Mike was our MVP this year, but they seem to give him his proper due.

well, the dude with the huge hair said nuge should be a round 2 draft pick at least and said something to trev about him rebutting. but trev didn't say a word. so i would imagine that smack talk came prior to the broadcast.

nuge is the only guy to show up on offense thus far :p. though i really like roth. can they hold him anymore than they are now? seriously, someone get that tackle some rope and he might have a chance hehe.

my god mark and trev are worthless. said something about roth not watching the qb and paying to much attention to the tackle. next play he gets a sack. love it lol!

That was hilarious. They just interviewed NUGE and he was talking about Trev Alberts nominating him for the Heisman and at the end of the interview, the announcer says "Trev, you have a fan in Mike Nugent," and Alberts says back "Well, that makes 1 fan in the state of Ohio."
