Je'Kel Foster's team Cremona played Othello Hunter and Sassari last Saturday. Here's an image of the two former Buckeyes almost eye to eye. Je'Kel is back to rocking his college #23 after wearing #8 last season. He scored 18 points in this game.

Clip of Je'Kel making a big three in a double overtime game from late December. Nice call by the announcer, even if I didn't understand a word she was saying :)

By Rob White - 11.8.2011

Je?Kel Foster, who was a double-digit scorer during his senior season at Ohio State, is part of Bayern Munich?s collection of new talent during their return to the BBL. He is averaging 14.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.0 steal per game for 5-2 Munich. Foster recently sat down with RealGM for an interview.

RealGM: How has your time been so far, basketball wise, in Munich? Is there anything that stands out so far about the city itself?

Foster: My time in Munich has been great so far, the city is great. A lot of Americans are here and there are a lot of American food places here. One of the best cities I have been in so far.

RealGM: Compared to living at home, what parts of your day to day life (eg: eating, free time) have changed the most?

Foster: My life in Munich is pretty much the same as it would be in the States. Only thing that is different is that there are more things to do in the States and my family events.

RealGM: With many NBA players moving over to Europe to play during the lockout, what is usually the hardest adjustment for American guys coming over for the first time?

Foster: The hardest part about playing in Europe is adjusting to the European culture and having a lot of down time between practicing. Once you understand that and take it for what it really is you will be fine. Having some your family visit helps a lot.

RealGM: For the many American players already based in professional European leagues prior to the NBA lockout, was there any concerns about job security due to the many new names available to European teams?

Foster: With the NBA lockout going on there were a good amount of players without jobs, but some teams are not looking the get NBA players because as soon as the lockout is over they know the players are going back to the NBA.
