I'm still baffled by SimpLLLLLe Jim's accusations against Day. The stupidity of it just bends my fucking mind. Given the utter discrepancy in talent and coaching, the only thing they have going for them is that, after the last two years, the Ohio State players might be complacent and think the game is already won before it starts. Throw in the fact that they get the game moved into the middle of the season further taking focus off it, and it's about as ideal a situation as tsun could hope for. Yet Harbaugh goes out of his frickin' way to antagonize Day, denigrate the staff and give the team motivation to make a statement and teach a lesson. This isn't Harbaugh playing some kind of three dimensional chess. This is the actions of a stupid, stupid man throwing away what little advantage he has in order to do stupid, stupid stuff grandstanding in front of the press and the other coaches.

Not to mention the fact that they will likely not have to deal with much of an Ohio State crowd essentially negating any homefield advantage the Bucks would have.

I'll say it here too. If you talk about it and you don't score 100, then you fail. A few wrong bounces of the ball, a crap ref call, and it's 35-14 at the half...who's under pressure. I hope Day cools this down in public but secretly drives the train straight up their backsides.

Unless we're the ones down 35-14, the pressure is still on them. No one is taking the 100 points thing literally. But your point about avoiding cockiness and complacency is valid.

Have to disagree on that: talk is just talk (and I don’t know if I even believe this particular rumor-mongering anyway). In my imho, if you call for 100 but only win 62-39, it’s still all good.
