I only get back to C-bus once a year but anygame I go to we always have a huge tailgate. I post when I know what game I'm getting back for this year... everyone can stop by. We always have a blast... with the satalite dish we can stay all night and party.

Anyone else travel to games? I always hit one away game a year too? Maybe Purdue this year.... best part is - I bring lots of beer and brat from Wisconsin with me!

Another great thing about being in Hawaii is that during football season, I can literally watch football nearly non-stop for 15 hours, especially before DST starts. An OSU home game starts at 6:00 a.m. here, late afternoon games start around 10:00 or 10:30 a.m., night games around 1:30 or 2:00 p.m., and Hawaii home games start at 6:00 p.m. (the neighbors come over to my garage to watch UH games and party). There have also been times when I've played that day's OSU game for them after the UH game is done, which takes the football action right up to about midnight...18 straight hours of football, snackin', and drinkin'! Woo hoo! :groove:

That's one of the things I love most about football season. Even in the EST zone, you can watch pretty much all day if there's a night game on ESPN. You've got just enough time in between to go grab some grub or make a beer run.

Is it September yet?

Does the offense and the defense get points for making plays?
If the offense wins this one willl it be a great sign for the coming season? I think the defense right now is ahead of the offense in experience and skills.
If Zwick and Smith light up the scoreboard, I'm going to be super optimistic about the coming season for the offense. It's going to be Interesting to see how well the RB's and the O-line plays. I'm going out on a limb and say the offense takes the defense in this one. It's just a hunch.

OHB94--the first-team offense doesn't play the first-team defense. The seniors pick the teams, so there will be starters on both the Scarlet and Gray teams. In normal scrimmages the coaches keep track of sacks, tackles for loss, and other statistics and assign points to the defense where applicable. These stat's are used normally to determine a winner, but the Spring game isn't starting O vs. starting D, so the points on the scoreboard will determine the winner.
