wow....this one turned out different than we all thought...Spurrier is taking over a solid program in my opinion, its not really a rebuilding effort, he just needs to make some changes and recruit, recruit, recruit.......he will have them challenging in a few years.

Kinda of feel sorry for Lou........great coach.

As much as I've always thought that Steve Superior was an egomaniacal jerk, I'm happy with this hiring. He'll improve USC to be a real contender in the SEC East. That means that Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina will all beat each other up each year. If they all get 2 losses, that gives tOSU a better shot at the BCS.

But I did like Stevie's "You can't spell Citrus without UT" dig at the Tennecheats a few years ago.
