True Madness Requires Significant Intelligence
The thermometer has been above 90 here for the past few days and it is humid. Any of you that remember my spring thread can now smile with revenge. We did have an excellent April and two weeks into May.

I have been traveling a great deal lately. I have seen bare backs and bellys. I have seen barely covered boobs and bootys.:! I have seen fake tans, tattoos and painted toenails. People can't wait to shed their clothes.

The kids get out of school this week. They have been swimming for weeks now.

I do not care what the calender says it is summer and it looks like a long, hot, dry one here. Anyone have a farmers almanac?

Eight more days until the official hurricane season starts.

I was at a trade show two weeks ago with a rep that lived in Wiscy.
He said they had snow flurries recently.

How about it Deety?
You are still evil. Yes, indeed, flurries pretty recently. Yay Wisconsin.

However, good has triumphed, for today I am sunburnt. :)

As a result of the cool weather we have been experiencing this May, I suggest that everyone needs to buy a couple of aerosol cans tonight and spray them until they are empty! Bring on the global warming!!!

Enjoy the cold weather while we have it... it's going to be 90 with high humidity before you can blink.

I like just about everything about Columbus, except the summer. I dislike the heat, and I really dislike humid days!!! I should move to Canada during the summers :wink2:

I for one have enjoyed the temp in Columbus the last month... June, July, August, and the first half of September are horrible in my book...

I miss Spring in Wisconsin... it's been in the mid to high 80's and humid here. We've had the A/C on for the last two weeks or so. Get's down to the high 60's / low 70's at night... last night it was still 72 at 10pm.

What can I do to bring on global warming?
As buckeyegrad mentioned above, go get some aerosol cans tonight and spray them until they are empty thus releasing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

Everyone should chip in and do their part.

I heard a theory once that global warming has a reverse effect on the climate. By melting the polar ice caps it causes the oceans water to be cooler and therefore creates colder rainier areas away from the equator. NOT my personal beliefs but it does seem to be happening in the last few weeks.
