BTW, anyone notice that the newest members seem to be only receiving 500 vCash? I thought everyone was bumped to 1000.

Reggie Arden

Poster on Ozone mentioned that reggie arden had been seriously injured this weekend in a fight in his hometown of Ironton with some marshall football players. another poster backed up his post.

anybody know anything about this.

Hopefully it insn't true, he seemed to have finally escaped tressels doghouse, and was in a position to contribute.

Until I hear Tressel speak..... I don't believe much. just my own personal philosophy. (or at least someone credible in the media - is there someone!?!?)

maybe if it is reggie arden - he can get his just due, kicked off the team finally. I hope it is all fabricated though.

I think he has had too many chances to get his act cleaned up. IF and that is a HUGE if- IF this is true (i don't really belive it would have happened that way but who knows), I think he has done enough to warrant a release. Tress seems to try to get this kids squared away, although I think to a point, maybe a little too much.

I will say - he is the only one who deals with these kids and it is his team. I think outside perception is that he is "lenient" which could be good or bad depending.

Well-- I think all the people who might have worried that the boys might not take Marshall seriously can rest a little easier...

This ought to be fun.

Oh... also... the best part of that thread that Grad21 linked was someone asking why Arden was in Huntington... "Doesn't Ironton Have its own Bar System?" Ooohhh... that was funny... Nothing against Ironton... but I don't think they offer "Booze Cruises" on the Bauxite Barges.
