Wow, great commit! This was definitely a position of need, and 1 more TE commit, and we're sitting pretty at that position for the foreseeable future. An athletic QBs best friend is TE that can catch the ball in space and cause mismatches. Hopefully this causes Koyack to bump up his commit too. Glad to see u join the fam Mr. Heuerman. You'd look better in Scarlet and Gray than in M&B anyway!

The journey started Tuesday when Heuerman visited the University of Michigan. He left the next day to drive to South Bend, Ind., and met with new Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly. On Thursday, Heuerman headed south to Purdue?s campus in West Lafayette, Ind.

After a six-hour visit with the Boilermakers, Heuerman and his family drove four hours west to Columbus. The Cougars standout met with the Buckeyes all day Friday and will be on the sidelines for today?s spring game.

I'm not sure what college campus he visited, but I'm happy they sold him on Ohio State! :tongue2:

Rivals $ - Heuerman leaves with offer and lots to think about

4/26

By Noon...says he feels very comfortable at OSU...says his visit to OSU topped his earlier visits to Michigan, Purdue and Notre Dame...talks about JT offering him personally...the staff says they plan to use the TEs a lot more...understands that OSU has offered 3 TEs and plans to take 2 and plans to keep his eye on what happens with Koyack and Vannett.
After 10 years, I cannot believe that line still works.
