TE Jeremy Ruckert (New York Jets)

Big time development. He won't have the 500-600 yards that he should, but his experience combined with great ability will be huge for the new starter at QB, especially in the RZ and up the seam.

He could have a huge year. It looked like Day's general adjustment to the defensive coordinators adjustments was to use the TE's to make them pay for focusing on the downfield passing game too much.

The WR talent is certainly going to be forcing defenses into a lot of soft zone. If Stroud wins the QB job and the new blood at RB is as advertised then teams will be even more at risk in man coverages.

Ruckert could go off next year.

Expecting a Pitts-like offense is foolish, but they drew up a lot of looks for the TE, the trigger was just rarely pulled. They leaned on them vs Clemson and early vs Alabama, the latter just got away from them.

A young qb with zero seasoned WRs besides Wilson will likely turn to his steady monsters over the middle.

Should be the Mackey winner but he needs the Offense to feature him more which if Im Ryan Day I start that immediately. No reason why next seasons Bucks can't be as prolific as UF was this year with 2WR and 1TE terrorizing secondaries. Doesn't matter if he doesn't reach Pitts numbers the threat should still be there and Defenses never play a good TE well.

We have the horses for sure just need the right trigger man
