TE Marcus Baugh (Birmingham Stallions)

When you have a player lke a Stoney or a Baugh, you can cause mismatches that will create big plays. College LBers just can't stay with these guys.
Stoney did a lot of damage with just a few attempts last year.

Baugh fits mold, even from California
It took just one hoops visit for Ohio State to be 'dream school'

Many recruits anguish about their recruiting choices, changing their minds several times and waiting until national signing day to finally make up their minds.

Marcus Baugh (Riverside, Calif./John W. North) says he isn't one of them.

The 2013 recruit, ranked 126th in the ESPN 150, says he has known what school he wanted to attend for almost a decade. So when Ohio State made a scholarship offer in March, the tight end needed less than a month to give his commitment.

"It was my dream school," Baugh said. "I've always wanted to go there. The atmosphere there, it's pretty cool.

"I really became an Ohio State fan when they beat Miami in the national championship [after the 2002 season]. I really had it in my mind that OSU was going to be my school. I really wanted to go there even back then and when I put my mind to it, I do it."

Like fine wine...that team just keeps getting better over the years.
