Welcome aboard! Not a knock on his talent at all but just position-wise it is puzzling to me. Alexander is in the exact same mold as a TE/H (I think Moore is a future tackle for sure). Then we already have Hawkins committed in '16 who is also in the exact same mold. Just curious what the plan is on utilizing them all. If he ends up as a rush DE that would make more since to me...we don't have that yet in our class.

Agreed, I never saw him as a TE in this class when we have Alexander in 2015 and Hawkins for 2016. Not to mention Hausman and Farrell as well as possibilities in 2016. TE isn't seen as a need anymore, especially with Brown as a frosh and Baugh for several more years. I would much rather Berry at DE, but like always trust the coaches. But DE depth is a much bigger yearly need than TE, IMO.

I'm not sure if many have watched this bball highlight. I can't wait to get this kid on campus. I'm going to peg him as the sleeper of the class. He is a raw talent, but what he has you cannot teach. I'm thinking he may be the reason we aren't overly concerned with TE this year and were all in for 2016. If he puts in the time and effort, he could be an unbelievable mismatch and a bonafide star... Can't wait.

Yea total stud who would probably be a top 100 type guy if he did the camp circuit thing. I'm not sure if I'd rather have him at TE or DE to be honest. Maybe do a similar thing we did with Hubbard where we'll move him around his freshman year to see what makes most sense.
