TenneCheat VolunTears (but..but..but.. we're good at baseball)

I'm going to go with overconfident. Most coaches who take new jobs in shitty situations tend to be a little positive about their abilities...

He is going up against Alabama, Georgia, and Florida every year. 3-30 record against those teams since 2010. Only one win against Florida since 2005 and the last win against Alabama was in 2006. If you like to experience ass kickings, Tennessee is the place for you. Sock says Tennessee people are retards. By retards I mean half the marriages in the state are between brother and sister. Sock out!

Which actually proves my point but whatever.

You guys are awfully quick to judge. Give the guy a chance. A football (soccer) team in England hired a football (football) coach from America because he had taken Wichita State to a couple of good seasons and they figured he could turn their football (soccer) program around too. First year was rocky, but he's really building them from the bottom up. Plus, the owner of the team has a great set of hooters (boobs).

HS coach: Tennessee pulls scholarship offer to 4-star TE commit a day before National Signing Day

It doesn’t look like Roc Taylor will be part of Tennessee’s 2021 recruiting class.

Taylor, a 4-star tight end from Oxford (Alabama) High School, verbally committed to Tennessee in April. But his coach Keith Etheredge told Al.com on Tuesday that the Volunteers had pulled Taylor’s scholarship offer earlier in the day. Wednesday is National Signing Day, the day where most schools will finalize their recruiting classes.

“It’s such a frustrating situation,” Etheredge told Al.com. “When kids do the right thing and then coaches come in and do something like this to a kid … unbelievable. Some coaches get mad when a kid changes his mind at the last second. Well, it’s hard to hold a kid accountable for something you are not willing to be accountable for yourself.”

Taylor committed to the Vols while coach Jeremy Pruitt was in charge. He didn’t waver as Tennessee went 3-7 in 2020 and remained committed to the school as Pruitt was fired in January and UCF coach Josh Heupel was hired earlier this week.

Heupel, however, apparently doesn’t want Taylor as a part of his team’s class. And didn’t give the player much time to find a new school. While players can still sign with schools after National Signing Day, most schools have filled their open scholarships by Wednesday. Especially now that players can sign with schools as early as December.

So in their coaching search it looks like these idiots handed UCF a possible upgrade at the head coach position.

The Gus Bus sounds like it might pull into Orlando, and I will be there for a game or two each season if he does to munch on popcorn and watch the train wreck in person.

And if they're in search of a QB, I'm sure they could bring ol Joe Milton home. He's good enough to compete in the G5
