I would hire Locksley at OSU to do nothing but recruit. Don't touch any plays, don't even go to the practice fields, don't even go to film sessions, just recruit. Because he's doing something to get these 5star kids to commit to a program that is lucky to win 1 in conference game a year and win 4gms a year

This recruitment is a litmus test for who’s willing to blatantly delve into impermissible benefits (Tennessee, Auburn, and newcomer Maryland) and those who just don’t pay attention (Michigan :lol:).

Ohio State didn’t even extend an offer because this one was so obviously shady.
