Can someone please explain to Jethro that it’s actually harder to see things accurately on a tiny phone screen and his example reinforces the exact opposite point of what he thinks it does.

Clemson's tackling is atrocious. They don't look like a battle-tested team in the trenches. Maybe they can score a ton of points, but they just haven't been physical enough.

So, it’s important to be battle tested in the trenches... but also a huge advantage to only play six games because you haven’t been battle tested.

I've posted my story about a Marine Sergeant who commanded the security detail at the embassy I was posted to in 1998 when we played them in the Sugar Bowl. His grizzled ass came up to me at the Christmas party and wished Ohio State well. I asked him if he was from Ohio or had any kids who went to Ohio State. He said, "No," and said that "that school (a&m) sent him the worst officers in the corps."

From Wikipedia.

3 titles none since 1939.

18 conference titles...only 1 since they joined the Big XII...none since 1998. Only 3 DIVISION titles and none since 2010. EDIT: didn't realize 2010 they were co-champs and lost tie breaker to OU so no shot at conference championship.

My favorite part might just be the SIX rivals to include @Nutriaitch LSU squad.
