I just wanted to thank this site for being a great source of entertainment. Being a huge college football fan I read a bunch of teams forums. One of those sites that i've read often was USC's www.wearesc.com

It was a great forum, but they just sold their site to ESPN. The forum is now complete garbage. The evil empire ESPN bough the site, killed it, and re-opened it as an ESPN message board. And it BLOWS. It's slow, user-unfriendly, and as bland as a girl from Big Ten country. Now you can't...

Have an avatar with any sports teams, celebrities, or copyrighted pics....so all you see is a lot of avatars of people's dogs. I can't even have an SC logo as my avatar. WTF?!?!

Plus there is a decent wait period before you're post show up because they have someone monitor the post to check for approval before they make it to the board.


Seeing this happen just makes me thankful for the board we have here.

You must be mistaken, because I hear the ESPN boards are much easier to navigate.

Sell it to ESPN for an Un-Godly amount, and we'll never post on it again and leave ESPN with a dead site...but we will come to your new house and use the pool. :banger:
