You have had a profound impact on many lives, mine included. Thank you for the way you carried out your faith. Thank you for the way you cared. Thank you for the hundreds of things you did to help others that brought hope and joy to their lives.
Then there is football. Thank you for a perfect 14-0 season and a national championship that was against all odds. Thank you for 9-1 against TSUN. Thank you for all the Big Ten Championships, the top ten finishes, the Fiesta Bowl victories, the Rose Bowl victory and the Sugar Bowl win against an SEC opponent.
Hold your head high. We were blessed to have you for ten years!!

To Coach Tressel : The day you were announced as the New Head Coach of Ohio State, i knew you would turn this program around. I watched you did it
at Youngstown State and you did it at Ohio State. I still cannot convince myself that you are gone and it really hurts. It was such a joy all those years to chat with you at Younstown and at Columbus. But Ohio State will go on with many glorious year because of the foundation you laid down for the"BuckeyeNation"

Regardless of feelings, I don't think anyone can deny that for the past 10 years, Jim Tressel has taken the Ohio State football progam on quite a journey. The ending (IF it has been written already) may leave something to be desired for some, but it is my opinion that there is still more to find out about. Before it is all said and done (10 years from now when the statute of limitations has run out?) I would hope some journalist will sit down for a local publication and ask JT to lay it all out...the timeline; what he thought; why he took the actions he did as opposed to what we now all think was the right thing to do. I still don't buy into the the "Liar, cheater,crook" story...:osu:
