Game Thread That Team Up North @ Ohio State - 11/24/18, The '62' Game, Revenge Revoked

[blog] I can't remember having such a great time attending a game and all the other festivities during the weekend. My boy and I came in on Friday from Denver, and the majority of folks on the plane were going to the game. I would say the breakdown was 90% good guys and 10% scum. We went to the basketball game at St. Johns on Friday night, followed by beers at the Varsity Club. Then on Saturday morning, tailgating, skull session and game. "Stormed" the field, and enjoyed the walk out through the tunnel in the Southeast corner with thousands of folks singing we don't give a damn. We then walked to the Ohio Union and had a few beers to finish the day, went to my brother's house, more beers and watched the replay. On Sunday, gear shopping to take back with us, and lunch at Thurman's. Does it get any better than that?! [/blog]

Nice work @Ramzy - as usual.

THE SITUATIONAL: DOMINION

Hits the nail on the head and drives home the clear differences between Ohio State and scUM. Perhaps best summarized in this paragraph:

There are winged helmets displayed all over the Ohio State practice facility, year-round. They don't call Michigan disparaging names - or any name at all. Fans can say or do whatever they want, but as an institution and a football program Ohio State reveres and respects its rival.

Michigan reveres and respects Michigan.

Not too hard to imagine why we've won The Game each year Harbaugh has been there. Does this look like someone who could out coach UFM?

Does Kirk Ferentz? Does Jeff Brohm? Does Dabo Swinney?

I thought Jim Tressel did. So goes the game of football.

I was rooting for Harbaugh to win in San Francisco so he'd never have a reason to take the Michigan job. I'm genuinely surprised that he hasn't had more success. But this was his most successful season yet.

I never realized he was so weird. What's ironic is that he's hurt OSU more by losses to other teams. OSU wins the B1G East in 2015 if he hadn't lost to MSU at home on a botched punt at the end of the game, and again in 2016 if he hadn't lost as a 21 point favorite at Iowa. If he could've managed a win over Notre Dame this year, that would've knocked them out of playoff consideration and our chances of getting in would be a lot better. Even as a loser he still manages to fuck us. It's bizarre.

I am not sure why everyone seems to act like Harbaugh is a great coach.

He had a once in a century QB at Stanford lead him to victory. And he was one of the first to bring in the RPO to the pro game and had a QB who was athletic and fearless.

He has never shown great ability besides those 2 instances.

He is not as good of a coach as Dantonio or Fritzgerald and if you need it to be said not as good as UFM.

Harbaugh can recruit but he is one of the worse big game coaches I have ever seen. Maybe he is SCum's Cooper.

And Shaw has been able to continue the success Harbaugh had at Stanford, really Harbaugh had one great year at Stanford and the rest was a whole bunch of average

For the same reason they acted like Mississippi Jesus was a great QB, Truck Stop Fabio is a great DE and Gary was still on the team.

They are fucking stupid. They will buy anything the media tells them. The media likes money so they hype the shit out of tsun and sell it to these same people who are really fucking stupid.

That is why we call the them DFBIA (dumbest fanbase in America)
