House of 'Paign not looking so tough against the boys from UD (Red Scare), down 70-50 with 6 minutes left.

Red Scare has two starters who played for Dayton's 2019-20 team.

Red Scare had a 62-61 lead with about six minutes left but the Golden Eagles were too much from behind the arc, winning 79-70.

There's no word yet on which former Ohio State players will take part in this year's tournament, but in previous years, the team has featured Aaron Craft, Jon Diebler, William Buford, Dallas Lauderdale, David Lighty and more. Sullinger previously played on the team himself before becoming the team's coach in 2019.

Columbus and Ohio State will be one of four regional sites for the 2021 edition of The Basketball Tournament, with Carmen's Crew serving as one of two featured teams (along with Dayton alumni team Red Scare) in the Columbus region. Games will be hosted at Ohio State's Covelli Center from July 23-27. All games will be televised by ESPN.

Carmen's Crew does not yet have a complete roster, but William Buford, David Lighty, Jon Diebler and Evan Ravenel have already committed to this year's tournament while Jared Sullinger and Evan Turner will continue to serve as the team’s general manager/head coach and assistant coach, respectively.

Someone in the 11W comment section said they'd like to see Sam Thompson on the team, and oh my goodness yes. I always want to see more Slam Thompson highlights if he still has that bounce. They won it the other year, so I just want to see some guys that were fun in the S&G come back and play together now, and Slam is someone I keep wishing would pop up.
