To post about your pet.

My black lab's freaking DNA analysis came in today...

Only problem is, there is no lab in my lab. :lol:

It says she is predominantly German Shepherd, with equal parts Weimeraner, Chow, and to a lessor degree (10-19%), boxer. :slappy:

I guess that's why she is not as water friendly as I thought she should be.

She does have some big old webbed footed paws though, so I guess there is some of that in there but to a lessor degree.

I'm gonna send it off again to a different laboratory and see if it replicates.

I have a 12 old Weimaraner (Sasha) and a 2 year old Chocolate Lab Weimaraner Mix (Buckeye). The vet tried to talk me in to testing to see for sure what Buckeye is. I'm too cheap for that.

We had two Siberian Huskys for long time.

We gave the younger one to my parents when their Newfoundland passed on.

The older one is the best dog I've ever been around - especially with the kids. The younger one was a complete retard although she too has been very good with the kids.
