Anyone else hooked on this show whenever they pass it flipping through the channels?

I love seeing how stuff works and I get sucked into watching stuff I don't even care about.

I watched two of them a few weeks ago, one was a 1 hour episode on how oil refineries work and the other was a one hour episode on the evolution of the hydraulic jack.

Needless to say my wife can't stand the shows but I love them.

They had one on this weekend on machines used to make foods such as Drumsticks, ice cream bars, Twinkies etc...

LoKyBuckeye I give up. This board is too hard to understand.

Same here... I'll look up and realize I've been watching those shows for a half an hour without knowing it.

Im hooked on all things history channel. It represents at least 60%-70% of my TV watching, with sports being the balance.

IMHO, Modern Marvels is the best show on television, hands down.
Since I quit watching any ESPiN when they ran the MoC crap,
History and Discvery channels are 95% of what I watch.

I've got my eight year old hooked on the history channel. I like History/Discover/Sports with some Comedy Network/Spike thrown in.

Most everything on the History channel is good... when I watch TV (outside of sports... and by sports I mean college & Pro Football, men's college basketball, NHL, and on occasion golf on Sundays) the TV is on the history channel... great stuff!!

I watch the History Channel more than anything else, but lately I've been getting hooked on the Science Channel...there's some cool shit shown there, especially when they do space stuff.
