This is a very disappointing loss for the Buckeyes and possibly an end to the national title race for this season. It happened to Alabama last week, and we all knew it could happen as easily for us. But tomorrow morning, the sun will still rise, we all will wake for another day.

We still have a BCS bowl to look to. A BCS bowl win would be much better than nothing. I'm happy to even have the opportunity to root for a team this great. I am blessed to be able to cheer OH! with my fellow Buckeye fans. And last of all, I am proud to be a Buckeye and really happy to be in the best damn state in the land.

This game doesn't take away our 7 national titles, this game doesn't take our 6 Michigan Smack-downs in a row. (Soon to be 7 :biggrin:)

Thanks for the awesome time we have all had together and I am looking for more excitement the rest of the season. Nobody can deny how great this year's Buckeye team is, we don't need a shiny crystal ball to show that.

If this is a post game/post mortem...well, a lot of us worried that special teams might cost us a game this season and IMO, it did tonight. That opening return set the tone for their first couple of drives and in the end, it was too much to overcome. Oh well, that sucked, but buckle up and keep playing. Gotta really start rooting against sparty now.

Agreed, except for rooting against MSU. Yeah, they need to lose for us to be conference co-champs (they beat Wiscy), but I won't feel bad if they run the table. In fact, I'd love to see them run the table and then plunger rape Boise State/Oregon in the NC game. If we can't be in the NC game, then I want to see a Dantonio-coached team there.

Boise State playing for the title would make me sick

2 games against "formidable" (not that Va Tech and Oregon State are powerhouses this year) opponents

then a serious gauntlet of teams such as Wyoming, New Mexico State, Toledo, San Jose State, La Tech, Idaho, Hawaii and Utah State

wish Ohio State could play these sort of schedules every year
