Thump it's hilarious... the weatherman is so nervous and has no clue what he's doing. He keeps studdering and pausing for long peroids of time, and then when he gets in front of the "blue screen" he gets really confused and frustrated. Absoultely pathetic :lol:

The comments underneath the video rather convincingly indicate that this is a tape from a public access broadcast where OU journalism students can "hone" their skills in the art of live discourse. In other words, nobody really saw the broadcast except those who taped it and those of us who were so fortunate to find it archived for our viewing pleasure on the internet.

Hilarious.
