Urban Meyer replaced Mike Vrabel with Larry Johnson.
According to most here, Urban has made one coaching hire mistake at tOSU. One. As in "How many times has tsun beat tOSU since Kyle created his ridiculously named yahoo email that he still uses for everything?". If...IF Tim Beck is #2, oh well. Though I'd also argue many here didn't think Fick, Herman, and even Coombs were all that solid, sooooooo

It has been mishandled since and both QBs look awful in their decision-making, throws, and confidence.

He is an excellent recruiter in Texas! That is huge in Urban's book. His QB's loved him, to.
But he'll have to fit in.

This. It has been 3 games and it takes time to build some chemistry. Urban's highest stress level prior to coming to OSU seemed to be staff retention and you see why it is critical now. It is going to take some time to mesh.

Does that mean Zach Smith forgot how to coach too? If we're laying all the blame on position coaches for execution issues by returning starters .. I guess we're gonna have to fire the entire offensive staff.
I haven't seen anything on Beck to go one way or the other.
