It's hard to describe the love they have for Tebow down there. It's more than just football and I'll leave it at that.

I said 12 years ago that the single biggest mistake the Jags could ever make was not drafting Tebus. I don't care if they didn't need a QB or whatever at the time, you draft him and you have the love of the locals forever.

Instead they alienated the, already sparse, fan base and are just now seeing what could have been.

Just sayin': Maybe he will make the final roster. After all, Urban will undoubtedly have the final say on who makes the team.

Urban is giving him an opportunity but Tebow will have to earn a roster spot. Teammates will know if he deserves it or not.

Urban's a rookie HC. Handing a spot to your favorite nephew is not going to win over your locker room, or football games.
